We have open communications with our team members and we dispatch our work fairly.  We have an excellent parts inventory with an 80% off-the-shelf fill Rate. Our customer pay work is 60-70% of our business

Service Team: 
Our technicians earn between $35,000-$100,000 and consider themselves professionals in the field.We offer a sign-on bonus based on skill level.  

Sales Team:
We have a sales force that has a history of longevity.  We pay hourly(no draw) and bonuses are paid based on customer satisfaction indexes and sales performance. Our sales people earn on average between $80,000-$130,000 and consider themselves professionals in the field.
